Valpolicella Superiore

Clear, ruby red, compact and consistent. Aroma is intense and complex, hints of cherries and fresh red fruits. In the mouth it is dry, a warm, fresh, fruity and tannic wine, robust yet balanced, intense and persistent in taste. Superiore goes well with quail risotto, grilled meats or aged cheeses. 

IGT Inevitabile

The wine is deep, clear glossy red with purplish shades. On the nose it is complex, intense, spicy, with evolving aromas thanks to the oxygen exposure. In the mouth the wine is dry, warm, fresh, quite tannic and savoury. This is a balanced well-structured wine, intense and persistent in taste. Pairs well with braised and roast meat, stews and game, strong ripe cheeses and traditional Italian dishes

Ripasso

Clear, intense, ruby red verging on garnet. On the nose it is complex, intense and spicy. In the mouth the wine is dry, warm, fresh, quite tannic and savoury. This is a robust yet balanced wine, intense and persistent in taste. Pairs well with grilled and roast meat, game and strong very ripe cheeses. 

Recioto

Our Recioto is deep ruby red with hints of garnet. The fragrance is intense and complex, with hints of ripe red fruit, warm notes of honey. When tasted you sense in the mouth a sweet, warm, soft, fresh, fruity and tannic wine. Supported by a good structure, robust, balanced, intense and persistent. Excellent dessert wine, for meditation alone or with friends. It goes well with dark chocolate. Also pairs with cheeses, excellent with Monte Veronese, Gorgonzola or Brie. 

Amarone Classico 2019

The Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2019 is clear, intense, glossy ruby red verging on garnet. On the nose it is complex, intense and spicy, with evolving aromas with oxygen exposure. In the mouth the wine is dry, warm, fresh, with fruity notes and tannic. This is a robust yet balanced wine, intense and persistent in taste, and pairs well with braised and roast meat, stews and game. Strong very ripe cheeses and traditional Italian dishes such as “Pasta e Fasoi” (pasta and beans) and “Risotto all’Amarone” are also very nice pairings. 

Amarone Riserva 2010

The Amarone della Valpolicella Classico RISERVA 2010 has quite similar tasting notes but it is warmer. more complex and thanks to the very long barrel ageing is more velvet, more round, smoother
… in a different way more refined…
